Now that you know what Labstep is and how to find the resources we've created to help you make the best out of your Labstep experience, here is a quick how-to regarding your account management.
🌱Creating an Account
To get started with Labstep, you will need to create an account. You can do this quickly and easily by visiting here if you're an Academic or here if you're a Pro or Enterprise user.
Enter your email address, choose a password, and click “Sign Up”.
You should now be logged into the Labstep platform. You can now explore the platform's various features and start organising your research data.
🧑💻Logging In
To log back in again, navigate to https://app.labstep.com/login. You can bookmark or favourite this link for easy access in the future.
🔓Signing Out
To sign out, click on your icon in the top right-hand corner and click "Sign Out".
⛔️ Deleting your Account
If you'd like to delete your account, please email us at info@labstep.com using the email address associated with your account.
Please make sure that you've exported your data before contacting us, as we won't be able to recover any data lost during the account deletion process. Additionally, account deletion is not a reversible process.
If you're an organisation Admin and would like to disable a user, temporarily or not, you can do this from the Admin dashboard.
