The Order Management module on Labstep has been expanded!
You can now bundle your individual order requests into Orders to track them together.
Add notes and info to keep all relevant information and conversation about an order in one place.
Once an order has been placed, finalise it to stop further additions, then mark it as complete once all the items have arrived.
You can also customise the Order Information template for each Workspace to ensure all the important information is captured.
