Forgot your password or want to change it? No worries. You can easily do all of that in just a few simple steps. Keep reading to find out how!
How to change your password:
Click the icon of your avatar in the top right-hand corner
Click on "Account settings"
Then, click on "Change password"
Enter your old password into the "Current Password" field
Enter your new password into the "New Password" and "Confirm New Password" fields
Once done, click on "Change Password"
Ta-da! You've changed your password!
Labstep team tip: We strongly recommend you to create a password with at least 8 characters, containing at least 1 capital letter and 1 special character (e.g. &!@%$£).
How to reset your password if you have forgotten it:
To reset your password, click here
Enter your email address
Click on "Reset", then check your inbox for an email from us
Follow the link in the email and create your new password
Voilà! Your password has been reset!
