We've heard your feedback and have been working hard to improve this essential component of the Inventory module. We've made the Item Import tool more straightforward and have boosted its efficiency so you can import your items seamlessly. To learn how to use the Item Import Tool, click here.

The improvement to the Item Import tool includes the following:

You can now set up templates for your order requests – simplifying the process of capturing all the necessary metadata in one go. For more information on how to use these templates, please click here.

It's now easier to filter through your inventory and order requests – just click on the column headers to filter by metadata! It is even possible to preview metadata or show when an order request has been updated without clicking on an entity; simply toggle the "Show Metadata Preview" or "Show Status Info" button.
