Find out how you can easily export protocols or experiments as PDF or HTML files in just a few clicks...much faster than waiting for the printer to do its thing if you ask me!

Export as a .pdf file:

  1. Click on the vertical ellipsis next to an experiment or protocol's name

  2. Click on 'Print'

  3. Right-click, then select 'Print'

  4. Select 'Save as PDF'

  5. Click on 'Save'

  6. Et voilà!

Labstep Team tip: If you want to print your protocol or experiment instead, just select a printer in the 'Destination' field. Make sure you're satisfied with what your file looks like, then print!

Export as a .html file:

  1. Click on the vertical ellipsis next to an experiment or protocol's name

  2. Click on 'Print'

  3. Right-click, then select 'Save As'

  4. Select 'Web page, Single file'

  5. Click on 'Save'

  6. That's it!

Labstep Team tip: You might be prompted to choose between using .html.mhtml or .mhtml to save your file. Just click on 'Use .mhtml'.
