Step-by-step guide on how to enable IP Whitelisting to ensure your company data can only be accessed from specific IP addresses

IP Whitelisting is an Organisation level feature that ensures company data can only be accessed from a restricted set of IP addresses. Please note, this is an Enterprise tier feature. Contact our sales team to add it to your organisation.



Enabling IP Whitelisting:

To enable this feature you must be an Admin in your organisation

  1. Navigate to the Organisation Admin Dashboard by clicking the organisation logo in the bottom left corner of the screen.

  2. Go to the 'Settings' tab.

3. Toggle 'IP Whitelisting' to the right.

4. Enter the list of allowed IP addresses separated by commas and press enter.

Labstep team tip: At least one of the IP addresses must be the IP you are currently using to ensure you don't lock yourself out!
